I highly recommend PTA Events. The system has reduced the administration of running our events greatly. The uptake from parents in using the system has steadily increased with each event and parents are delighted that they can pay online without the worry of forms and money being lost on the way to school. In fact, for our latest event we are only pre-selling tickets via PTA Events.
In addition to the easy-to-use system, the customer service we have received has been outstanding. Their response time to requests is extremely fast. In most cases the system already has the functionality to address the question we have, and for one event after discussing our requirements PTA Events created a new report which reduced our workload greatly. I am often guilty of not providing feedback where it is due but I have been so impressed with both the PTA Events system and the customer service we received that I felt compelled to do so.
Since finding the site a year ago we have managed to raise over £24,000 via ticket sales, online auction, donations and bookings. The team have been save hours of leg work in the playground chasing payments and delivering tickets. The site has exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t be without it now. The ability to write updates and share them with our school community prior to and post events is fantastic. We can’t thank PTA Events enough.

A couple of months into our new FOSC website and just wanted to email you to say thank you for such a fab product! We’ve had a couple of events selling tickets and the feedback from parents has been great! So many parents and staff coming up to us saying how professional it looks and how fab for the school to have this facility.
